1. Booking Process
   Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a 100% deposit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.

  3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 5:00 PM

• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
  Check-in is done via smart lock. Whenever possible, we are happy to welcome guests in person.

  4. House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed indoors.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Parties or events are not permitted.

  5. Responsibility
  Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
